HERB PERR is an artist and educator who lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is a professor of arts education at Hunter College of the City University of New York, and he has made the transition over the years from working as a painter and multi-media performance artist to his current focus on photography and video. With this site, he invites the viewer to share his elliptical impressions of night, darkness and light.
